lavish software crashes on first start up

I was having a lot of issues playing lately. I'd like to take a moment to mention what an amazing piece of software this is. When clicking Step 3, you will begin the download.

I'm sure someone will commnet if it doesn't work I registered a random account - user name: Activate Password: wineq2 If you REALLY don't want to bother to register, you may use this login, although i'm not sure if it will allow multiple users running at the same time. The registration was free and easy and did not require any personal information.

*Edit 1/2015 While Lavish does not require you to log in to download the software, it does require a log in when you use the software. You don't need to sign up, and you don't need to pay for anything. If you are experiencing issues with rapid movement, or very slow movement / frame rate, double durations, crashing, etc, try running EQ under WinEQ2, Found at Http://I wanted to make it clear, how to download EinEQ2.
